Alexandrine Boudreault-Fournier

Treasurer

Alexandrine Boudreault-Fournier has lived and raised her two children on the traditional territories of the Songhees, Esquimalt, and WSÁNEĆ Peoples since 2012. She is a Professor of Anthropology at the University of Victoria where she explores how media production (sound, film and video, storytelling, drawing, and art installations) can lead to innovative and collaborative approaches to research with the communities she works with. She conducts research in Cuba since 2000 on music, infrastructure and more recently, on the economic crisis.
